Mesophilic Viili yogurt culture room temperature DRIED organic starter
This dried yogurt starter (Mesophilic Short Viili) will make fresh yogurt in room temperature in 24+ hours. There is no need to cook milk or buy expensive yogurt maker machine. All you need to do is to mix this starter with whole milk (regular cow's milk sold in grocery stores). Yogurt is very healthy for your gut. You will receive 1 teaspoon dried culture. This is enough to get started with your yogurt making adventure. Direction to feed the starter will be provided. Starter will be shipped inside a food grade plastic bag. You can make yogurt indefinitely from now on.
Note: for the first batch, it may take longer hours to set to yogurt consistency. When you find watery consistency, you need to leave yogurt longer on the counter.
