Upright tree-like Aeonium plant at maturity will have rosette 6 inch diameter. Some people call this Black Rose Cactus or Cyclops.
One small cutting about 4 inch long. Ship bare-root, no soil, no pot. Just stick cutting to soil and it will form new roots. Dark red color when exposed to lots of sunlight (picture#1), under shade more green (picture#2), yellow flowers (picture#3). This aeonium can grow to 5 feet tall given ideal condition in ground within 5 years. If pot is used, it would be smaller. You can grow in pots first and move it to bigger pots as it grows bigger.
